How to use FreeView to market to Sellers and win listings

SPS already lets you create unique showcase single property websites for your seller’s properties, but the FreeView™ feature lets you show the seller the site BEFORE the listing presentation, perhaps before you even meet them! It’s a great way to market your services to potential clients and win more listings.

It is simple to use FreeView, and can be done in a matter of minutes.

Step 1) Create a new single property site by clicking “Add New Listing Site” in your account dashboard

Step 2) Once you are finished, return to the user dashboard and look for the property you just set up. You’ll see the following information:

Simply click on the FreeView link and then activate it on the next page.

Using Free-View

The Free-View link will allow anyone to view your listing site for up to 5 days. The Link actually expires at MIDNIGHT in 5 days time. The TIMER shows you how long you have before the Free-View link will stop working.

Using the Free-View link

You can copy the FreeView link and paste it in an email to send to your client, or use it yourself from your own Browser. Because it is a Free-View link, you do not need to be logged in to your account to view the site. Anyone can use it.

Send the Free-View Link to your client

There is some text that’s automatically created for you, that you can send to your client. Just copy this text and paste it into your own email and send it your client. Once in your email, you can obviously change the text as you wish – just leave the Free-View link as it is.

Re-start the Free-View

If there are less than 4 days remaining on the Timer, you can “Re-Start the Free-View” using the green button next to the timer.
NOTE! The link does NOT change! So if your client has not yet had a chance to review your work, just “Re-start the Free-View” and the link will be operational again.

REMEMBER!

When you win the listing, then purchase an Activation level and make your site ACTIVE for general viewing on the web!.
