Enhanced Lead Capture (ELC) is a collection of Call Capture and SMS services that provide buyers with multiple methods for easy access to property information.

ELC is a unique system that integrates the use of 800 numbers providing 24 hour recorded property or loan information, SMS text messaging, SMS short code services, and click-to-call functionality.

You can customize the messages you want the customer to hear.

To access these features, click on “Enhanced Lead Capture” in the Marketing Tools column on the Manage Sites page / dashboard.

When you have the ELC feature turned on for your account, each feature is automatically applied to all of your single property sites as they are turned on.

Each property will be assigned it’s own unique extension. You can even reassign an extension that you have previously used before.

Buyers can then access these services from 800 numbers, with an SMS TEXT message, or even QR Codes displayed on Sign Riders, property flyers or printed in your own marketing materials. This makes it simple for buyers to get property information on their mobile or smartphone device.
