We have been hard at work over the past months with getting some of our great new features finalized and launched. One of our most recent new features has just been released – our new and improved sign riders for property marketing and lead capture!

We have updated the whole sign rider system and have included even more functionality including:

1) Smart new designs
The new sign riders are fully customizable to each of your property signs, including the text, color, style, layout, width, and even the amount of holes/clips that should come with them.

2) Improved SMS lead capture
When someone wants more information on one of your properties directly from your sign rider, all they have to do is call the number and input the property code, in order to receive an SMS text message with all the details. With the old designs, these instructions were not as obvious. Therefore, we have added text to each sign rider that tells visitors exactly what to do in order to learn more about the property. When they call and enter the code, they will receive an SMS text message to their phone for easy access.

3) Enhanced QR code design
On the old sign riders, when someone scanned the attached QR code they would simply be taken to the property website for more information. However, now you can ALSO set the option to automatically populate a text message and allow them to receive all of the vital property details in one, easy to read location.
