As a user of the Single Property Site marketing solution, you have the benefit of an ever-evolving and improving real estate marketing platform! We are constantly rolling out new features to help our customers get the most out of our product. Below are some of the latest features we have introduced:

Feature – New User Guides:
The new and improved “How-To” section now includes a wide variety of of user guides that will help you get started as quickly as possible. They are designed to help you easily understand all of the key features of SPS (Single Property Sites), and how you can use them to your advantage. Whether you are a Loan Officer or a Real Estate Agent, our user guides have you covered.

Your Benefit:
The new user guides drastically cut down on the time needed to set up your sites, and get all the  pieces working. If time is money, consider this feature money in the bank.

Feature – Property Import:
The new import feature lets you import property data and photos of any properties that are listed in your MLS. A complete property website can be imported and set up as a showcase property complete with integrated slideshow virtual tour, in as little as 40 seconds. All photos and data fields are correctly imported into your property website. You can even choose the Listing Agent so that the website is literally ready to go once the import is complete.

For current users: To import a property, click the “Add New Listing Site” button and choose the option to import. Your listing needs to have been submitted to your MLS for a couple of days so that our data partners will have it indexed.

Your Benefit:
Very fast setup time means more properties can be marketed with minimal effort and time. This also means you need less staff / admin hours to run the SPS program, saving you additional money.
