SPS Announces Improved Real Estate Mapping Capabilities

Denver (October 18) – Single Property Sites (http://www.singlepropertysites.com) is announcing the release of a new mapping feature for all SPS subscribers, which gives Agents the ability to cross-promote their listings through each of their Single Property Sites.

Beginning immediately, SPS subscribers have access to the improved mapping functionality in their SPS Control Panel. Agents can now add and adjust points on each map for their Single Property Sites, giving them complete control over how their maps appear. Agents can also choose to include other listings on their map, either their own or others in their office or firm.

SPS President Paul Eastwood said the new mapping functionality gives agents the ability to better feature and promote their listings across all their Single Property Sites.

“Every aspect of the new mapping system is customizable to agent needs,” Eastwood said. “We’re giving agents complete control over the mapping system for the first time, which should give them new flexibility and new options for promoting their listings using maps.”

Eastwood said the system would be particularly beneficial for agents who sell rural or commercial properties. Map providers may struggle to accurately plot these properties, he said, but the new map system gives agents the ability to manually adjust the map for complete accuracy.

“It’s a feature request we kept hearing from our subscribers, so we wanted to make sure we gave them the tools they needed,” Eastwood said.
