Real Estate Web 2.0
1000watt Consulting redid their Web 2.0 mindmap for Agents, giving a good overview of the different players in this new media landscape at the moment. One complaint? Sites like Single Property Sites aren’t included.
That aside, it’s a great resource to see the different real estate marketing and technology options online today. The industry is growing quickly – it’ll be interesting to see how big this mindmap grows in a few months.

Thanks for the mention.Please note that we have looked very carefully at single property websites. We are extremely familiar with them having started this craze in 2000 when I stated VREO. However, we have yet to see a single property site with RSS, a blog with users can comment, a rating system, or a feedback system that would place that inside a 2.0 framework.
Our mind map is non biased and we are looking at every submission (about 150 a week) and will post any site that is Web 2.0. So if there is a single property site that fits that or part of that description, send it me and I will personally evaluate it.
