SPS Tip: Market Yourself To FSBO’s

Tap in to the potential of Marketing to the FSBO Marketplace!

You can create a SPS site and turn on the “FSBO Option” to make the site temporarily appear like a FSBO site provided by YOU (not us).

This option removes your name from displaying as the “responsible Broker”, and it makes it look like the Site and Service is provided to them by “you”, not us. What a great way to build a relationship with a FSBO!

The marketing goal of this feature is to allow you to provide your FSBO with a Single Property Site for their home, and use this genuine offer of high-perceived-value service and assistance as a mechanism for building a relationship!

This is available for all accounts. To use this – go to EDIT site and click the FSBO icon at the top of the page – try it out!
