So of course you should use SPS in every listing presentation to WOW your clients so that you never lose a listing!
When you WIN the listing, you’ll want to turn ON your site and make it live, and generally market and promote it on the Web, and everywhere else that you can using all of the marketing automation tools in SPS.
So… you can turn ON single listing websites up to the limit set by your subscription level.
For example, a level FIVE means you can turn ON ‘ANY’ five sites!
If you turn OFF a listing site, well, this is as easy as flipping a light switch.
And… once you turn OFF a site, then you can immediately turn ON another site.
In other words, your subscription is 100% re-usable!
As long as you don’t exceed your maximum level, you can turn sites ON and OFF, as much as you like.
Now, when your real estate listing is SOLD, or RENTED etc. then this actually allows the Listing site to stay LIVE for free!
So, you may end up with many property sites for your SOLD real estate listings, and they all remain LIVE for free, and each one of these can be presented on your other websites or BLOGS using SPS widgets.
And of course each SOLD site is a great way to get valuable back-links that help with search engine optimization (SEO).
If you need to, you can easily increase your subscription level – to make more sites LIVE, or you can decrease your account AT ANY TIME to a lower level – if you have fewer listings to market.
There are NO contracts with SPS.
Now, at any subscription level, you can create any number of drafts sites, have Co-Listers and also Sponsors (for example Loan Officers / Lenders etc) all associated with your listing.
But, once you get to a level 10 subscription, there are additional benefits.
At a level 10 and higher, your account can support multiple additional users from your Office – or marketing partners, each with their own sign-in, and ability to create and turn on sites.
So for example a group of Agents in a large or small office could share a single SPS account – for example a level 50 for $199 per month – which means that the Realtors in the office can all create any number of property sites for their own “listing presentations”, and also have an unlimited inventory of SOLD property sites too, as well as assign their own Co-Listers and work with their own Lenders as sponsors.
And with their level 50, as a team, they can actively market any 50 sites during a month, turning sites ON or OFF as needed. And all for just $199 per month – which is a level 50!
If you feel that you want to have a Street Address Domain name (e.g. www.1122MainStreet.com) , then this is also possible with SPS. And you have choices:
- you don’t actually need a domain name – everything works fine (apart from SMS TXT Flyers)
- or…. you can use one you already own,
- or you can register a domain name using your SPS account which will cost $11.99
