Woopra Analytics Good Fit for Agents on the Web
Analytics are an important tool for any Realtor’s Web site. In order to develop a truly effective Web site, you need to track and understand your traffic. Analytics packages let you see all sorts of information about your visitors – what pages they’re on, what content they like and where they’re coming from. Packages like Google Analytics give Agents this capability for free, but a new package on the market does a little bit more.
Meet Woopra. The service is currently in beta, but it should catch on quickly with Agents as soon as it hits the market. While Google Analytics lets you see data about your visitors, it does it on a delay – sometimes up to several hours. Woopra changes that. It gives data about a site in real time, allowing administrators to track and even interact with visitors as they move through the sites.
What features make Woopra attractive for Realtors?
- Real-time tracking and identification. Each visitor is assigned a unique ID, so their actions on a site are trackable in real time. Realtors can see the visitors’ path as they move from property to property and better gauge what information their visitors are interested in.
- Live chat. While the principle might seem a bit Big Brotherish, Woopra gives administrators the ability to start a conversation with any visitor on their site. The potential for Realtors is obvious: once a visitor reaches a property page, the agent can initiate a chat, offering more information or to set up a showing.
- Real Time Notifications. Woopra runs from your computer – there isn’t an online login like Google Analytics requires. This means agents can set up an automatic notification when a visitor performs an action on their site – request more information, reaches a certain property page, etc.
Woopra is offering beta keys to try out the service, but the wait time is several weeks. We’ve been demoing Woopra out, and it’s addicting. The information is displayed beautifully and intuitively, and the software is easy to use – and free. We think a lot of agents will be turning to Woopra from their own analytics needs after the product’s full launch.
