We have implemented a new approach to provide language translation services on all single property websites. We are now using the powerful Google language translator which gives the broadest choices.
See the new Translation feature at the foot of every single property site webpage.
We have made a handful of changes that further simplify the process of marketing your real estate listings.
First, when you turn ON one of your listing sites, SPS, by default, will automatically syndicate your listing data to our extensive network of partner sites. At this point, you will be guided to POST your listing to Craigslist too using our Craigslist Posting system.
Then – on the MANAGE SITES page, you will now see a group of status indicators that show you what HAS and HAS NOT been done to promote and market your real estate listing.
For example – this set of icons shown in this screen shot, would indicate that the listing HAS NOT yet been posted to CRAIGSLIST, but HAS been successfully syndicated to all available feeds and also HAS been sent to REALTOR.COM as the Virtual Tour Link.
If you hover your mouse over the icons on the MANAGE SITES page, you will see further details.

In the last few months we have been partnering with more real estate portals and search services to ensure your listing assets get seen by as many buyers as possible.
Although the major real estate search sites do dominate (Trulia, Zillow, Oodle, Googlebase, Hotpads) our syndication partners now enable us to cover an even greater set of Buyers for you by helping us address some of the more niche market places.
We have also made syndication even easier! All real estate listings are now automatically syndicated for you as soon as you make your site LIVE, unless there is a problem with the data or you request no syndication.
As well as automated syndication, its important to also establish your single property website as the Virtual Tour link at Realtor.com (the “red spinning house” picturepath link). And you should also take full advantage of our excellent and easy to use Craigslist Posting system which will help you post listings on CRAIGSLIST.

New! Multi-User Accounts. With a Level 10 or higher subscription (@ $49 per month) it’s now possible to not only set up additional Agents, Co-Listers and Sponsors, but you may also allow each of these additional users to have their ‘own’ login access to your main account. New! Automated Marketing. We have changed the Activation (Turn ON ) process so that your listings are immediately promoted. All the syndications are now processed automatically – there’s nothing you need to do. In fact, the only marketing you now need to perform is to use our excellent CRAIGSLIST posting wizard to get your listing to Craigslist (see below!).
In addition to this, you will be sent an email immediately which tells you all the marketing and promotion that has occurred, and gives you a complete list of all the ways to link to, and present your listing to others.
New! CRAIGSLIST Posting Wizard. The CRAIGSLIST posting process is now a wizard-based process. It couldn’t be easier!! All you need to do is make sure you get your Browser settings correct in IE8 and IE7 (all explained on the first page) – then follow the instructions.
Once you have posted to Craigslist, you will be able to see a NEW Report (from the Manage Sites page at the top) that shows you the history and status of all your Craigslist postings.
NEW! More Lead Capture with Click-To-Call. There are two new options for CLICK TO CALL. We have added a very affordable SPS click to call service: For just 10% of your subscription we add a really cool click-to-call button to all your sites for more lead capture. So, if you are at $29 for 5 active sites, then you get Click-To-Call for just $2.90 /mth (all call charges included – and thats for all Users if you have a multi-user system).

We have also integrated to IF BY PHONE who are a very advanced Click to Call and Phone Services company. We continue to support REAL PING too!
All options are chosen by going to your PROFILE page and looking for the Click To Call link half way down the page by your phone number details.
New! More Feeds and Syndications. With the addition of a few strategic syndication partners we have nearly tripled the destination websites your listings get sent to. We will be updating our Syndications details soon to make it clear what is actually happening and where they all go to!
New! Its Now Even Easier to Win Listings. Our FreeView™ system has been a core differentiation of the SPS service, providing a very easy way to create a draft site and then share it with your prospective seller so that you can impress them before you even meet them! Well this system has been simplified even further so that its easier and more intuitive to use. One of the key changes we made is that the FreeView links are now ‘fixed’ for a specific property site, and so you can continue to extend the life of the FreeView as needed by you or your client.
To use FreeView, just create a DRAFT site and then you will see the FreeView link for that site on the MY SITES list.
New! Comprehensive Language Translation. We have added a new TRANSLATION option at the foot of every website. This is powerful stuff!
New! Metric and Imperial Measures If you are marketing OUTSIDE the United States then you’ll want to use Square Meters, Hectares and Kilometers to describe aspects of properties. These options are now built in and will be automatically selected based on your country, but can also be chosen individually. We have also tweaked the various plug-in services we connect to too, to ensure they are METRIC too.
New! PDF Downloader. We have added a new “view as PDF” button on each website – see the ICON over on the right hand side of the top menu for any of your websites. This is a simple service and is not meant to replace the FLYERS, but it does offer convenience.
New! XML Import. If you have a lot of listings then we can now accept XML feeds to import listing data into your account. This method not only allows import, but will also ensure daily update of all your listing data to ensure correct prices etc. You will need an XML feed of your listings. New! Reseller Accounts. If you provide marketing services to Realtors, then a special account with SPS will allow you to package the SPS solution with your own services so that you can offer a complete marketing solution to your Real Estate clients. Read more..
Watermark for SOLD listings – which stay LIVE for free! When your property status is changed to SOLD (EDIT listing – see ‘Address/Status’), a corner Watermark saying ‘SOLD’ is now displayed. Remember too, that SOLD listings stay LIVE for free – fabulous SEO benefits for you.

We’ve improved our mapping presentation so now you can have an easy and attractive way of showing ALL your listings and locations to buyers on every site’s Google map! Now when buyers click the mapping link on any of your Single Property Sites, they’ll see the location of every property you have listed! See it now … go to 1122MainStreet.com and click the “Map It” link on the left-hand side.
Banner Ad Campaigns. Our new BANNER campaign system allows you to create a marketing campaign that you can then link to any Listing Sites.
Each Campaign can have from 0 to 7 banner ad positions as well a sponsor linked to it.
Leads and Inquiries Center Keeps Track of All Your Leads. Now, your Single Property Site keeps track of all your leads and inquiries for you. Login to your SPS Control Panel and check out the new Leads and Inquiries Center. Any time someone requests information about your Single Property Site, their contact information is saved for you in the Control Panel. You can even set up text message alerts so you’re notified anytime there’s a new inquiry.
