We are extremely familiar with them having started this craze in 2000 when I stated VREO. However, we have yet to see a single property site with RSS, a blog with users can comment, a rating system, or a feedback system that would place that inside a 2.0 framework. Our mind map is non biased and we are looking at every submission (about 150 a week) and will post any site that is Web 2.0. In my opinion, real estate agents see majority of their 'future' clients at the open home inspections, they could then use a virtual office boardroom to sign papers with their client. It's cost effective which in turn gives them the opportunity to put more money towards advertising online in search engines. Apart from the virtual office, there is also the serviced office option.
