We have a new HOW TO Video that explains all about how to set up Sponsors, such as Your Lender, or Your Title rep etc., as part of your real estate marketing, and present them on every one of your single property sites.
The Campaign feature also allows you to add 7 different BANNER ADS to all your property websites.

We have provided much more flexibility for you to determine how you wan to present yourself when you are marketing your real estate listing. Not only can you add a co-lister (and also a Sponsor too!) to every listing if you need to, but you can now determine HOW you are presenting the property and WHERE this presentation occurs.
These new options are all made available to you on the DESIGN OPTIONS page when you EDIT a listing.
For example, instead of saying ‘Exclusively Listed By..”, you can now change this to …

SPS Fast-Foto saves you time and effort in your real estate marketing by uploading all your print quality photos at once with no need to re-size or optimize.

With SPS Free-View(tm), Real Estate Professionals and Marketers can present their prospective clients (sellers) with a fully functioning Single Property Site as part of their PRE-sales process .. and this is a free service from SPS.
The Free-View system has been significantly upgraded to make it even easier to use and more flexible.

We have updated all SPS sites to have a new enhanced “Property Flyer” capability which includes a faster system for automatically creating PDF flyers and presenting them to site visitors. The new enhancements also include design improvements.

A quick update on some changes:
Craigslist flyer templates have had an overhaul to enhance and improve them in many areas:

Colors, text colors, and text-fonts all improved to present data better
Some text areas now have improved formatting
Your Phone number is now prominently displayed top left, and in the contact box.
Search more homes link is now added to foot of the craiglslist flyer page to link back to your website
