If I purchase a single property website I would like to know that the buyer has an opportunity to view it. After all...SPS would offer more to the buyer than the local MLS listing page. Any further thoughts on timliness of updates would be good. I would hate to think agents would have to pay to get it right - or that the broker would have to pay to get it right either. The big sites NEED our listings - why can't they get it together?
