Craigslist to require broker registration?
Heads up from the blog 360 Digest - Craigslist in the Seattle-Tacoma area is now requiring brokers to register to post properties to the site. Currently, NY is the only Craigslist in the country with a fee to post properties - $10 for reposting a brokered housing posts. Some are concerned the Seattle registration program could mark a further expansion of paid ads. We’ll keep tabs on it and let you know.
