Denver — July 8, 2008: Single Property Sites, a Web 2.0 company, announced mobile versions for all client’s individual property Web sites. Beginning immediately, every property in the SPS network will have a corresponding mobile Web site, enabling potential buyers to access the listing information from their cell phones or other mobile devices.

Each mobile Web site can be accessed through the typical single property domain name, or through a special “mobi” prefix added to the beginning of the domain name. The mobile single property Web site contains most of the same listing data as the regular web sites, giving Agents a new way to connect with potential buyers.

SPS Founder and President Paul Eastwood said the mobile property Web sites are designed to help Agents provide listing data to a new, mobile-savvy audience.

“Mobile single property web sites are automatically generated for all listing sites,” he said, “They are designed to give Agents a simple way to get listing information out on a mobile platform. They are specially designed for readability, speed and functionality on mobile devices.”

Eastwood said the mobile functionality is the newest Single Property Sites tool for Agents to promote and market their listing information.
